We’re glad to announce that the AlterNET Studio 9.5 release is live today. AlterNET Studio 9.5 is a mid-cycle update focusing on support for .NET 8 and improvements across all our component libraries.
Here are the AlterNET Studio 9.5 release highlights:
Support for .NET 8 across all our component libraries.
All AlterNET Studio core libraries, NuGet packages, and demo projects have been updated to support .NET 8.
LSP Parsers improvements
We have added a new LSP-based parser for R language for statistical computing and upgraded syntax highlighting for LSP parsers to use TextMate syntax schemes.
Form Designer Improvements
We implemented missing component designers for FlowLayoutPanel, TableLayoutPanel, SplitPanel, TabControl, and DataGridView under .NET 6/7/8. These designers are now located in AlterNET.FormDesigner.Designers assembly, which is automatically added to the project when using AlterNET.FormDesigner.WindowsForms package under .NET 6/7/8.
